First Event Announced

Clean/ muscle-up ladder RX division:
1 athlete is only at clean and jerk, 1 is only at muscle-ups and 1 may alternate back and forth as needed helping out their partners.

12 clean and jerk 155/105
muscle-up: 12-men/7-women
12 C&J 185/125
12/7 muscle-up
12 C&J 205/135
12/7 Muscle-up -Power clean is Ok.

Scaled division: 1 athlete is at cleans, 1 at pull-ups, 1 mat alternate back and forth as needed helping out their partners
Scaled - 12 cleans 95/65
20 pull-ups
12 cleans  115/75
20 pull-ups 12 cleans
135/85
20 pull-ups

Power cleans are OK.

 

Timberwolf 3-Person Event Announced

Timberwolf CrossFit will be hosting a 3-Person, Same-Gender competition on December 10th and 11th. RX Teams will compete on the 10th, while scaled teams will compete on the 11th. 

This is a half day event that should run from 9am-Noon.

Great Turnout For Slipstream Throwdown

A big thank you to everybody who came out to compete, judge or even spectate on Saturday. We had a great group of people and the competition ran smoothly.

Events Announced For Slipstream Event

Event 1a & 1b

10 Cleans  (135,95) - can power clean
15 burpees over bar
20 kb swings (53,35)
25 pullups
30 goblet squats
25 pullups
20 kb swings
15 burpees over bar
10 Cleans

Event 1a will be complete as much of the chipper as possible in 3 minutes. You will have 1 minute of rest. Then event 1b will start back at the beginning and you will complete as much of the chipper as possible in 6 minutes.

You can use any variation of clean...as long as the weight starts on the ground for each rep. Touch and go power cleans ARE allowed.

20 kb swings (35, 20)
25 goblet squats

10 Cleans

Same concept. Event 1a will be 3 minutes followed by 1 minute of rest. Then Event 1b will start and last 6 minutes.

You can use any variation of clean...as long as the weight starts on the ground for each rep. Touch and go power cleans ARE allowed.
